After so long searching on any forums, i get nothing. Until i found how to solve it at windows7forum..
it actually so simple.
Go to Device Manager --> Expand Monitor tab --> Uninstall the monitor list. And dont forget to check the Uninstall option.
Then select the Scan for Hardware Changes Icon. Then adjust brightness option should appear now.. lol
