After so long searching on any forums, i get nothing. Until i found how to solve it at windows7forum..
it actually so simple.
Go to Device Manager --> Expand Monitor tab --> Uninstall the monitor list. And dont forget to check the Uninstall option.
Then select the Scan for Hardware Changes Icon. Then adjust brightness option should appear now.. lol

Optimalisasi Sinyal dengan QXDM
Sinyal Full tidak jaminan speed maksimum
Optimalisasi speed modem sangat penting agar speed internet optimal.
Kebanyakan Modem menggunakan chipset qualcomm bisa gunakan QSPT & QXDM untuk optimalisasi sinyal.
1. Install QPST, setelah itu install QXDM
2. Matikan software modem agar port tidak crash dengan QXDM .
3. Buka Device Manager, lihat port yang digunakan, Port berapa?

Solusi Google Chrome Profile Error
Saat buka Google Chrome ada notifikasi error “Your profile could not be opened correctly”, coba pake cara ini :
-Tutup GC, pastiin bener2 ga ada lagi di proccess.
-Buka “C:\Users\<user profile>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data”
-Delete file “Web Data” sama “Web Data-journal” di folder default.
-Uda itu aja.
Kalo ga bisa di delete berarti masih ada proccess GC mu yg blm ketutup..
